How long will it take to complete my résumé?

Because getting your application in front of the employer promptly is important, Resumés Plus provides Queensland's only one-visit solution. In other words, when you come for your appointment you will:

 

• Choose from an extensive range of styles or have us create your own
• Work one-on-one with a consultant to complete the content of your application
• Proof read, publish and have your finished product printed, bound and ready for delivery... all on the same day.

How much will it cost?

As each client's needs are different, it is necessary for you to speak to one of our consultants, so that we can understand your requirements and suggest the appropriate level of investment.

 

The amount you invest will depend on a number of factors, including:

Can you help me with my existing résumé?

We provide a consultancy service for those who have already prepared their résumé, but are not sure if it:

 

• Has the correct amount of information
• Is professional looking
• Delivers the content that potential employers are looking for
• Fully promotes your strengths, knowledge and experience
• Provides relevant information to the reader in a succinct and professional format

 

We will review your résumé considering; first impressions, ease of reading, quality, quantity and relevancy of information, as well as checking for grammatical, spelling, typographical and formatting errors.

What do I get when my résumé is finished?

At the end of your consultation you will receive:

 

• A CD containing a PDF copy for online applications. PDF: Adobe Acrobat can be read on any PC, no matter what fonts or software is installed. Adobe formats can be read by anyone using the free Adobe Reader software
• Laser colour copy of your resume

 

Or alternatively you can purchase a Microsoft Word version of your resume on CD so that you can update it yourself in the future.
